During the summer season, it is recommended to book your parking space at least 2 weeks in advance!
For the rest of the year, booking 5-7 days before departure is usually sufficient, but the best option is to reserve your airport parking as soon as you have your flight ticket!

We generally allocate about 30 minutes for administration, parking, and transfer. For instance, if you wish to arrive at the airport by 2:00 PM, we recommend arriving at our parking lot around 1:30 PM. During peak seasons, be prepared for increased airport traffic, especially during early morning hours (3:00-6:00 AM) and late evening hours (10:00 PM-2:00 AM)!

We are located just 10-15 minutes from the airport! After completing the administration and parking process, our shuttle bus will immediately depart to take you to the airport.

You can always settle your parking payment on-site upon arrival at the parking facility. Both cash and bank transfer payments are accepted! On our website or through our booking system, you can pay via bank transfer.

We provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport in all cases! If the shuttle service is not used, our prices remain unchanged.

We charge a full daily fee for each started day, so even for partial days, a full daily fee must be paid. This means that if you start parking, for example, at 10:00 PM, and it lasts until 10:00 PM the next day, you will need to pay for 2 days.

Some services are subject to additional charges, but we always provide detailed information in each case. The issued invoices are VAT-exempt (AAM - Alanyi Adó Mentes) and therefore not eligible for VAT refund.

If your departure or arrival time changes, you can modify it free of charge via email or phone. If you do not wish to use the reserved parking space, canceling is also free, and no additional charges will be applied to your next reservation. It is important to cancel at least 24 hours before using the parking space; otherwise, the parking fee will be charged. A parking space that is not canceled must be paid for.

For the return trip from the airport, all you need to do is call us, and we’ll be on our way. When you return, we’ll meet you at the agreed location. All you need to do is go there and call us at the provided phone number.

Our transfer service is available 24/7, aligned with airport flight schedules. In case of delays, there will be no additional charge. If the flight delay does not extend past midnight, there are no extra costs. However, if the delay goes into the next day and the parking fee for that day has not yet been paid, an additional daily parking fee will apply.

If you are aware of the delay in advance and have the possibility, please let us know by phone or SMS.

Parking periods are calculated as follows:
 

• Each calendar day is counted separately.
• For example, if you start parking on January 5 and leave on January 8, this counts as 4 days of parking, as both the start and end days are included.
• Please select the appropriate parking ticket based on the number of days in the period.
   

Why isn’t the difference between the dates enough?
Although the difference between the dates mathematically appears as 3 days (January 8, 2025, minus January 5, 2025), since both the first and last days count as full parking days, the final calculation results in 4 days.

When you select the credit card payment option, our system redirects you to Stripe's secure system. Here, you need to enter your card details (name, card number, expiration date, CVC code), and Stripe processes the transaction.

Our business does not have access to your card number or CVC code, as Stripe’s financial gateway does not store or record them.
